The multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and actor Dominic Fike has been on a bit of a hiatus from music since the release of 2020's What Could Possibly Go Wrong. He's currently on his Out of Order tour, and playing shows across the country.

He's a multi-instrumentalist who has been influenced by R&B, rap, rock and alt-rock in the past. His music is multi-instrumental as well as crossing genre lines, yet he always has something to say in his unique voice.

Fike's set featured two tracks that stood out: the energetic"Once in a While/Plastic People that saw Fike with his band play several songs from the album live on stage for the very first time, and the bluesy Acai Bowl' which Fike has declared to be one of his favourite songs to perform live.
He also did a cover version of Kevin Abstracts' song 'Peach'. The audience enjoyed it. Also, he did an groovy mashup of '3 Nights and 'Westcoast Collective which he described as "a large karaoke celebration." He ended the show with the hit song '3 Nights', that has earned him the status of platinum in New Zealand.
Fike is an actor and model in addition to his musical talents. Fike has been cast in the Netflix movie Euphoria by Calvin Klein.
